The Concert of the Baroque Music
The programme is based on the 17th century Italian composers' monodies for voice and bass ostinato rhythms, performed with voice and harpsichord. The electronic elements of the project, also performed live, will expand the spectrum of sound, transforming voice and harpsichord, complementing harmony and rhythmic drawings with synthesized sounds, thus creating a soundscape as a modern, 21st century technology-based, reflection of old times. Such a synergy of "old and new" will allow listeners to hear the traditional repertoire of the Early Music, using a combination of performing arts and modern technologies.
